LGS escalator provides a completemobility solution for busy public places such as shopping mall, subway, airport, and railroad station. Our escalators are designed to meet various standards around the world. We implemented a new truss design to improve the strength and reliability of the truss structure, and applied for a steel angle instead of the generally used square pipe. And it adopted a microprocessor control system, resulting in energy saving and comfort ride. We ensure the best quality and safety under all condition of use.
Moving walkway
LGS moving walkways are designed with the modern innovation and produced in strict conformance with the safety standards to solve the frequent passenger flow in public places such as shopping malls and airports. LGS moving walkways are developed for long distance delivery of people and goods to bring people with convenient trip as well as rapid and joyful feeling. LGS Moving walkways can be installed either outdoors or inside, depending on the need. We offer an array of moving walkways in both flat and inclined system configurations.
The operating direction prohibition display are placed on the handrail inlet to ensure passengers’ safe and easy riding.
New and unique, modern style of the handrail inlet streamlined design gives escalator more spiritual affinity and careful observing for a lot of users. It fully shows the flexible, rounded and smooth beauty. And also highlight the surrounding buildings elegance and nobility
The sensor is located near the floor panel to detect the adjacent passengers. It starts automatically and speed varies from slow to fast, and it stops automatically when all passengers leave.
The roller is internally placed in the specially designed step chains of roller to effectively reduce the noise during the running of the drive and make the operation more stable and calm.
Brush is installed on both sides of skirt panel, a little bit higher than step, brush can prevent passengers’ shoes from touching the skirt panel and safely and effectively prevent foreign objects being brought into steps.
The green fluorescent lights are installed under the upper and lower step. When the joint steps are operated separately, the fluorescent green light will be seen from the gaps between steps to help passengers identifying the flat step of entry and exit side to ensure passengers’ safety.

19 | Skirt panel brush The brush that has been installed between the skirt panel and step will prevent the passengers from touching the skirt panel. (It is not merely restricted to the escalator) |
9 | Over-speed protection When there is over-speed to the escalator(moving walk), it will be automatically stopped for running. |
20 | Braking distance inspection If escalator is slipping stops in excess of the preset stopping distance, then it will issue a warning. And then either adjust the firmness of the brake, or check whether the brake problem. |
10 | Direction reversal protection When unintentional reversal of the direction occurs, the escalator(moving walk) will be automatically stopped for running. |
21 | Step missing detection This function is to detect whether the escalator step is complete, if there is a missing step in the path of the escalator step, the device sends a signal to stop the escalator. |
11 | Security line The yellow synthetic resin security line is located in the front position and two sides of the escalator step so that the passengers will not step on the edge of the adjacent step or between step and skirt panel. The security line on both sides of the step is higher than the step surface. |

22 | Alarm bell starting device The alarm bell rings when the escalator starts in order to remind the passengers of the security matters. |

detection(Outdoor type) This feature is applied to outdoor escalators. If the water fills the lowermachine room of the escalator, when it exceeds than the height set in the device, the device sends the operation stop signal of the escalator. |

brake (H>6m) It prevents from the escalator slide and ensures the passengers security in case of the drive chain breakage or the out-of-order of the brake. (It should be equipped with the emergency brake when H>6m.) |

26 | Oil-water separator(Outdoor
type) This feature is applied to the outdoor escalator. Rainwater penetrate the the device sends the operation stop signal of the escalator. This feature can separate rainwater. As the installation of the automatic drain function can discharge the separated water to the escalator outside. |
The single unit used to link two floors. It is suitable for buildings with passenger traffic flow mainly in one direction. Flexible adjustment to traffic flow(e.g up in to morning and down in the evening) is possible.
